Booking and Payment

Confirmation of Booking

Please note that a deposit is needed to confirm your booking.
All consumptions are changeable as per availability and are completed for payment.

Payment Details

Payable through Credit Card, Debit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, or Online Channel in INR.

Late Payment

In the event of delayed payments, it may cancel the booking.

Taxes: TCS at 20% applies to international payments of above ₹7 lakhs in a financial year.

Pricing and inclusions

Pricing Policy

Prices are quoted subject to availability and exchange rates, and prices will be confirmed upon booking.

Inclusions/Exclusions

Information about services included in your package can be found in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Your Cancellation:

All cancellations must be put in writing.
Cancellation charges depend on the date the cancellation is received.

Non-Refundable Charges

Some charges are non-refundable.

Travel Documents

Your Responsibility

Ensure you have valid ID proofs. Seven Safar Tour & Travels bears no responsibility if you do not carry all the required documents.

Health and Safety

Insurance

We recommend you get full travel insurance coverage.

Health Requirements

Ensure you satisfy all health requirements at your destination, including getting vaccinated.

Changes to Itineraries

By Seven Safar Tour & Travels

We can change the itinerary in case something has cropped up that is beyond our control. You will be taken into confidence at the earliest.

Group Tours

Group tours must have at least 12 people. If not available, other options will be provided.

Natural disasters

No liability for cancellation in cases of natural disasters and other unpreventable instances.

Conduct

Code of Conduct

Do not interfere with other passengers and all local laws. Behavior that we consider inappropriate will lead to termination of service, due to which no recompense will be possible.

Data Protection

Privacy

We process your and our customer's personal data according to our privacy policy, which aligns with the Indian Information Technology Act and GDPR for our clients in the EU.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved by mediation and arbitration.
